Initial Status of a New Batch
In this setting you learn to set the default initial status for new Batch. The Status s customized based on the material type. If Initial Status Check box is selected, then the batches initial status is defaulted to restricted and when it is not selected the batch’s initial status is defaulted to unrestricted
STEP 1: Following is the path for Initial Status of a New Batch
STEP 2: Following type Window will open. Click on “Initial Status of a New Batch” Button
STEP 3: Following type Window will open, select the plant and Click On “Initial Status of a New Batch Indicator “
STEP 4: Click on Save Button to store Configured data.

- IMG activity path: LOGISTICS - GENERAL => BATCH MANAGEMENT => SPECIFY BATCH LEVEL AND ACTIVATE STATUS MANAGEMENT
- Transaction code: OMAB
STEP 2: Following type Window will open. Click on “Initial Status of a New Batch” Button
STEP 3: Following type Window will open, select the plant and Click On “Initial Status of a New Batch Indicator “
STEP 4: Click on Save Button to store Configured data.
