Go to :- IMG -> Financial Supply Chain Management -> Cash and Liquidity Management -> Cash Management -> Data Setup -> Customize FI Flow Builder (t-code FCLM_FB_UTIL).
2. Execute the report:
For S/4HANA On-Premise Edition 1709 / 1809:
c1. If it is a new class name, enter $TMP as Package
c2. If the class name has been generated, enter your target package.
d.Enter your Exit Class name in FI Operations.
b1. If it is a new class name, enter $TMP as Package
b2. If the class name has been generated, enter your target package.
c. Enter the Query Sequence if you need.
d. Enter your Exit Class name in MM Operations.
2. Choose Change Default Loading Class -> Assign Loading Class. Enter the name of the Loading Class that is generated in Step 3 and execute the report.
This step will request a workbench request and changes the table content of FCLM_MAP_CLS (for FI) and FCLM_MAP_CLS2 (for MM).
If there is no prompt for change request when you assign MM Loading Class, please implement note 2445512 and note 2445974 first.
Transport the Loading Class and the table content of FCLM_MAP_CLS and FCLM_MAP_CLS2 to Test and Productive Systems.
Flow Builder: Setup Background Job listen to Event: Recomiendo que estos pasos sean realizados en conjunto con un desarrollador (para los puntos del 6 al 10)
3. Press ‘Continue’ button in the ‘Create a job’ page
4. Input a job name and set its Class accordingly. We would suggest you use name like ‘FCLM_FLOW_BUILDER_EVENT_{client}’ with Class ‘B – Middle priority’. Press ‘Continue’ button after you finished the input.
In this way you can configure the Job of transaction FF7AN, so that it is updated automatically.
Reminder an important point to keep in mind is that the FF7AN transaction is already obsolete and you should use the Fiori app Cash Flow Analyzer for example.

c. Enter the Query Sequence if you need.
d. Enter your Exit Class name in MM Operations.

- Press ‘Job Wizard’ button in the toolbar

4. Input a job name and set its Class accordingly. We would suggest you use name like ‘FCLM_FLOW_BUILDER_EVENT_{client}’ with Class ‘B – Middle priority’. Press ‘Continue’ button after you finished the input.
- Select ‘ABAP program step’ in ‘Job definition: Job step’ page, press ‘Continue’ button after you finished the input.
- In ‘ABAP Program Step’ page, input ‘FCLM_FLOW_BUILDER’ in ‘ABAP Program Name’ field; Input a user-defined variant or our default one ‘SAP&BG4’ in Variant. You can also setup ‘Print Parameters’ and ‘Spool list recipents’ if it is necessary. Press ‘Continue’ button after you finished the input.
- In ‘Multi-step option’ page, just press ‘Continue’ button.
- In ‘Job definition: Start conditions’ page, choose ‘After event’ and press ‘Continue’ button;
- In ‘Def. of start after event’ page, choose ‘SAP_FCLM_FLOW_BUILDER’ in ‘Event ID’, and select ‘Period’ checkbox. Press ‘Continue’ button;
- Press ‘Complete’ button to complete the wizard in ‘Set job’ page.
In this way you can configure the Job of transaction FF7AN, so that it is updated automatically.
