Features of the App (Do refer to detailed documentation)
With this app, you analyze your inspection lots for which usage decisions have already been made for categories such as accepted and rejected lots, rejection rate, skip rate, total number of lots, skip lots, and mean processing time based on time, inspection type, material, plant, supplier, and customer.
Screenshots
On the landing page, the app gets refreshed after a few minutes and gives high-level data as below.
As a next step, choose the period for the inspection lot analysis.
Now choose analysis as needed
Choose type of Graph you want to visualize
Output of sample charts
You can have additional analysis or get into transactions from the same screen.
Thus we can call this a “One Stop” app for Inspection lot processing. Do comment for knowing any other QM App .
