The WM level behavior when we blocked stock cross warehouse number within the same plant code





1, Execute the transaction code MIGO with movement type 344, to block the stock of material 820 in plant code NMDC storage location 0001, at the same time change the storage location into 1001. The storage location 0001 and 1001 are both in the same plant code, their warehouse numbers are NM1 and NM2.

Post, then generate below material document,

2, Execute transaction code MB51 to query this goods movement. It contains two items, see below screen shot,

Double click item 1, SAP switch to the transaction code MIGO displaying the material document screen,

There are two items here, then we can check the WM data for those two items.

The WM data for item 1:

Warehouse number:NM2, Movement type 312, TR#4.

The WM data for item 2,

Warehouse number:NM1, Movement type 311, TR number 114.





3, Execute transaction code LT06 for this material document,

Click Enter key, then we got below screen,

There are two TR documents linked to this material document.



Select those 2 TRs, then create TO foreground,

Save it,

We created two TO documents in two warehouse number. The TO 157 in warehouse number NM1 and TO 3 in warehouse number NM2.



4, Execute the transaction code LT21 to display those two TO data.

5, When we blocked stock cross warehouse number, SAP system determine the WM level movement type by the IM movement type 344, by below configuration. The WM level movement type is not 309, but 311 and 312.
